A team is on single file jogging on a moderate pace. The person in front is replaced by the last person in line who sprints up to take his place. A steady paced jog continues. After a set interval, maybe ten seconds, the last man on the line sprints forward to the head of the line. After each has had their turn sprinting, you can repeat it as needed.

Medicine ball Indian run

Each team is jogging in a single file line at a steady pace. The man at the front who is carrying a medicine ball, must pass it off to the person behind him. Passing the ball is done by raising the ball above the head, with the person behind, taking the upraised ball. Continue passing until it reaches the end of the line. The exercise is repeated by the last man sprinting to the start of the line. Once everyone has done it, the drill is done.

Any reasonable number can be used, but here we will use twenty-one push ups, followed by twenty-one crunches. The first set, each person does twenty-one push-ups and crunches, and the second set, they do twenty, and the third, nineteen, all the way down to one push-up and one crunch. If the groups fitness level needs it, adjust the starting number.

To Do the Piggyback Carry and Squat

You must have a partner and be in a grass field for this. One of the partners carries the other to the middle of the field. A selected number of squats are then done in the middle of the field by the carrying partner. Now walk the other half of the field and switch partners.

Switch it up a bit between exercises. The piggy back ride and squats could be done on one day. The team could do the running exercises(The Indian Run or the Medicine Ball Run) on other days. Make sure the fitter people are all placed on a team and given more strenuous sets.
