Bread Machine Directions: Bread machines vary. These are suggested instructions. For best results, follow bread machine manufacturer instructions. For 1 1/2 pound or larger machines. Pour 1 1/2 cups of room temperature water (75 degrees F-85 degrees F) and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in bread machine pan. Add bread mix to pan. Empty yeast packet (included) in center on top of mix. Select regular or basic cycle for the fullest bread development. Not recommended for rapid cycle under 2 hours. Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack. Conventional Oven Directions: Combine and mix together bread mix and yeast in large bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water (100 degrees F) and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix with spoon until soft dough forms. Knead mildly with hands for about 1 minute. Form a ball. Cover with plastic. Let rise in warm area until dough size is doubled (about 1 hour). Turn dough out of bowl onto clean surface and with fingertips, gently flatten dough to remove air bubbles. Press dough into an 8″ x 10″ rectangle, and from the short side, begin rolling dough to form a loaf. Gently transfer dough to lightly greased 9″ x 5″ loaf pan, seam side down. Cover with plastic and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 2 hours. Remove plastic covering before baking. Preheat oven to 350. Bake38-45 minutes or until golden. (Ovens vary so check at lowest time range.) Remove from pan and allow to cool on wire rack.
