Manufacturer’s Suggested Usage
To Make 6 Muffins: Combined 1 cup mix (about 114g), 1/4 cup oil, 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp. water, 1 egg. Follow directions in main recipe. Bread: Preheat oven to 350o. Grease bottom of 9″x5″ loaf pan with butter or cooking spray. Combine eggs, oil and water in a large bowl. Add mix. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute or whisk 35-40 times until well blended. Scrape bowl and mix 1 minute more. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
