Manufacturer’s Suggested Usage
1 MIX ingredients with a fork or wire whisk until blended. (For thinner pancakes, add more water.) 2 SPOON batter onto a lightly greased, heated, non-stick skillet or griddle set on low heat (Electric setting 375-400 degrees F.) For waffles, use waffle iron manufacturers directions. 3 COOK pancakes 1 minute, until edges are dry and top is covered with bubbles. Flip and cook 1 minute more. For waffles, cook only until steaming slows or waffle is golden brown. Serve hot. 4 TOP with Atkins Sugar Free Syrup–the perfect topping for pancakes and waffles. Smooth, rich and full of maple flavor, it’s sugar, carbohydrate and calorie free.
