Manufacturer’s Suggested Usage
Combine and mix together bread mix and yeast in large bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water (100oF) and 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. Mix with spoon until soft dough forms. Knead mildly with hands for about 1 minute. Form a ball. Cover with plastic. Let rise in warm area until dough size is doubled (about 1 hour). Turn dough out of bowl onto clean surface and with fingertip, gently flatten dough to remove air bubbles. Press dough into an 8″x10″ rectangle, and from the short side, begin, rolling dough to form a loaf. Gently transfer dough to lightly greased 9″x5″ loaf pan, seam side down. Cover with plastic and allow to rise until doubled in size, about 2 hours. Preheat oven to 350oF. Remove plastic covering before baking. Bake 38-45 minutes or until golden. (Ovens vary so check at lowest time range.) Remove from pan and allow to cool on wire rack.
