Our customer service department will inform you on the return procedures for sending back the remaining product. Once we receive the remaining product, we will give you a full refund for the product price (we do not refund the shipping or taxes). We cannot give refunds for product we do not receive, so we highly suggest shipping the return product via a traceable and insured method such as UPS, FedEx or Insured/Certified mail.
