Return Authorization Number |

In order to make a return, you must first call our customer service department. Toll Free - 1-888-701-3438 or Local - 713-586-7777 They will give you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returned product packages must have a Return Authorization Number to complete the credit process. Once you have a RAN, write that number on the outside of the package you are returning. Place the unused product and its original container in a box with a copy of your invoice. On the invoice, be sure to write the Credit Card Number you used to purchase the product and a daytime telephone number where we may reach you. We strongly suggest returning your package to us via an insured and traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or insured mail. This will allow you to get reimbursed by the carrier if the carrier loses your package. |
