3 Simple Lifestyle Modifications For Fat Loss
Weight loss should not be a fight every time you try to lose a few pounds. With some simple lifestyle and eating modifications to your current habits you have cause a direct effect on how much and when you start to lose weight. Drink water
know it sounds simple but most of us don’t drink enough water we drink all kinds of other beverages except water. The fact is if you’re not getting enough water then you’re holding onto extra water in your body because it’s not sure if it’s going to get the water it needs to replenish what it loses. So be sure to drink at least six to eight 8 oz glasses of water each day, try it for a week and you’ll not only feel better but you’ll start dropping water weight in the first week or two.
Eat smaller meals more often
Making this change to your routine will change how fast your metabolism burns the calories you are eating. If you’re eating 4-5 smaller meals then your natural metabolism will be sped up. This means the food you do eat will be burned off faster. This isn’t an excuse to eat more, but just a really easy way to lose weight.
Rotate what you’re eating
Avoid eating the same thing each day for each meal. Try changing it up daily so one morning you’re getting protein, another some fruits, and the next day carbohydrates ensure you don’t have the same type of food at the same meals each day. This will not allow your body to get used to any one type of calorie intake and not know what to expect so it’s constantly changing.
